On my first visit to the salon, my 13 year old daughter was getting gel-x nails. When the tech placed her pinky nail he stated “you have a co*ke nail”, he dropped the f bomb, and a few other things during her service making her feel very uncomfortable. Spoke with salon manager and services fees were refunded and given a salon credit. My daughter does not want to return. I returned 2 weeks later to try their hair services. I asked for layered cut. My hair is naturally pretty wavy, so when I got home I tried to restyle it. Lots of long uneven hairs, no layers, and I’ve been told that it looks like my hair was cut with kitchen scissors. I wasn’t going to say anything, but I can’t not. 2 tries, and both times were more than disappointing. Going back to my amazing hair stylist and never straying again. I thought I was safe going to a “high end” salon.

The entire staff is very professional and experienced. I have been twice to see Cate and have had the best experience both times. She listened to what I wanted and helped come up with a plan so I can achieve my desired look. I’ll definitely keep getting my hair done by Cate and will recommend her to anyone.

Cate did an amazing job. She was friendly, kind and interested in conversation. Which made the experience that much better. We talked about everything. My highlights turned out just as I wanted them to. She did a fantastic job. I will book again with her.

Valenti Was an Above Average experience! They have a coffee and tea bar available for guest. Also nice refreshing water with fresh lemon and Òlime slices. Jon did my pedicure and did a great job. Conversation with him was lovely. I also had a gel nail manicure by Emily( I think that was her name) and she did a lovely job. Conversation was great. They have earned a new client.

I have a great first experience at Valenti Salon. The salon was clean and beautiful. I was greeted warmly and given a tour of the salon including a well stocked drink station. Lee Ann did a great job with my shampoo and cut. She was very professional and easy to talk to. She styled my hair with waves which was a fun extra. Overall, I am very pleased.

This service was for my 13 year old granddaughter. The person performing the services, Emily, was very professional and courteous. My granddaughter was thrilled with her afternoon of pampering. We will return for further services.

Another great haircut from the terrific stylists at Valenti! I don’t schedule ahead of time and usually wait until I’m like oh gosh I need a haircut now and therefore have gone to multiple stylists and have always had great results. Cassie cut my hair most recently and it looks fantastic! Thanks to the team for being awesome!

I have been going to this company’s salons for about 15 years and am always impressed with the service and care. From the friendly front desk to the knowledgeable technicians, it’s always a treat. My favorite location is Anderson for nails are Jessica and Jon, massage is Chris, and hair is Jensen. And of course Lydia at the front desk is a shining star, greeting everyone with a smile, patience, and warmth. I’ve also gone to Urban Salon and the Marienont location- also great experiences.

Have enjoyed the weekly ritual of manicures and/or pedicures at Valenti Salon for nearly 20 years! Judy is a joy! Reception staff are both efficient & personable. Salon is committed to highest quality of care & cleanliness. After a couple year hiatus, trying another salon, Ive returned to Valenti again for hair services & have been really pleased with the change. Keep in mind that Valenti is more expensive than competitors & seems to have increased prices recently on manicure/pedicure services! As a result, If I wasn't so fond of my manicurist I'd probably look at alternative salons. But, overall, Valenti is a lovely experience!

I highly recommend Sarah Matthews if you have really curly hair. She’s very knowledgeable, kind-hearted, open and friendly. She truly cares about her craft and it reflects in her work. The Anderson location has great customer service and a cozy interior. I’ve always had a good experience there. Sarah knows what she’s doing, even if you’re not exactly sure what you want!
