Sorry to hear that dear, however you did not ask me for a large size. You asked me for a mediun size and that is what I gave you. The most important thing here is the customer and I asked you multiple times if you were ok and you said yes, I wish you told me something and we could've work it out before you left. My policy is no refund, sorry please next time if it hurts let the braiders know and it can get fix so you can be happy with the work. Have a bless day.
