All what you will need are these simple ingredients – pasta, bacon, cheese, garlic, eggs, half and half, parsley, salt & pepper to taste.
How to make Carbonara Pasta
To make carbonara pasta, on a medium heat using big skillet saute bacon for 2 minutes.
This step is optional: remove bacon grease.
Add garlic to bacon and saute for 2 more minutes. Add parley. Give it a mix and take it off the heat.
Cook spaghetti in boiled salted water for 1 minute less than it says on the package.
In a mixing bowl combine egg yolks, heavy whipping cream, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Mix and set aside.
Drain the water from the pasta, then add bacon and cheese sauce give it a mix.
Once it is all mixed take spaghetti off the heat. Garnish with more Parmesan and greens and serve. Enjoy!

Quick and Easy Pasta Carbonara Dinner Recipe made of creamy sauce and crispy bacon. All you need to make this recipe are pasta, bacon, eggs, Parmesan cheese, heavy whipping cream and some greens like parsley.

Ingredients
- 8 oz spaghetti I like to use angel hair pasta
- 8 slices bacon sliced into small pieces
- 4 eggs room temperature
- 1 cup parmesan cheese grated, more for garnish
- 2 clove garlic finely chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons parsley chopped, for garnish 100% optional
Instructions
On a medium heat using big skillet saute bacon for 5 minutes. Stirring few times.
Add garlic to bacon and saute for 30 seconds, remove from the heat.
In a mixing bowl combine eggs, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Mix and set aside.
Cook spaghetti in boiled salted water for 1 minute less than it says on the package. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water.
Drain the water form the pot, into the pot with drained pasta add bacon and egg mixture give it a mix. Once it is all mixed take spaghetti off the heat (if needed add a splash of reserved pasta water for creaminess). Garnish with more Parmesan and greens and serve. Enjoy!

SO easy, & it sounds super yummy, so I’ll be making it tonight. I have all of the ingredients, but I’ll need to double the recipe, in order to feed 4 kiddoes & 3 adults. It’s everything we like, so thanks very much. (BTW, I plan to use whole grain spaghetti).
